Pricing depends on size, coat type, and condition. Ask for a quote and I will give you an honest number before we start.

Full groom

Bath, full haircut, blow dry, nails, ears, and finish work. From $65.

Bath and brush

Bath, thorough brush out, blow dry, nails, and ears. No haircut. From $65.

De-shedding

Deep undercoat treatment for double coated breeds. Add $15 to a full groom or a bath and brush.

Nail trim

Quick walk in service. $20.

Your first visit

A few things to have ready so the first appointment goes smoothly.

Vaccination records. Rabies, distemper, and bordetella are required for every dog and must be current.
Tell me about your dog. Age, health conditions, allergies, past grooming, and anything that makes them nervous. Nothing you say will surprise me.
Matting happens. If a coat is matted to the skin, brushing it out is painful and unsafe. In that case a shorter cut is the kind option, and I will always talk with you before changing the plan.
Arrival. Please arrive at your scheduled time. Under 15 minutes late, I will still take your dog and a $25 late arrival fee applies. More than 15 minutes late, the appointment is cancelled and rescheduled.
Pickup. I will text you about 30 minutes before your dog is ready. Please collect them within an hour of that finish time unless we have arranged something in advance. After that, a late pickup fee of $25 per 30 minutes applies.
Cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged the full price of the groom, and a no show without contact means I am not able to keep booking for that dog.

Text message program

Audrey the Groomer sends appointment related text messages to clients who ask for them. Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders before your appointment, a message when your dog is ready for pickup, and notices when vaccination records are due to expire.

You choose to receive these messages when you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our contact form or when setting up your client profile. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies and depends on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or reply HELP for help. You can also ask us directly and we will remove you.
